Data we do not collect

TaxCalc India does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Every calculation you perform — income figures, deductions, HRA details — runs entirely inside your browser and is never sent to any server. We have no database of users, no accounts, and no login system.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visit each page, which country they are in, and which device type they use. GA4 does not receive any of the tax figures you enter. The data collected is anonymous and aggregated; no personally identifiable information is captured.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.

Cookies

TaxCalc India itself does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party cookies may be set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
